Groups for Teens 14-18 years old
You are not alone and don’t have to figure it out all alone. Come join to feel included, get heard, understood, and accepted. Learn how your brain is doing normal age-appropriate things like testing boundaries, taking risks, gaining independence while maintaining interdependence, and character development. See, that’s a lot, right?! I know you’re working really hard to figure it out, juggling school, friendships, and changing relationships with your family.
Maybe you’re also going through things that are out of your control like death, parents divorcing, learning disabilities or other things you don’t talk about - all the more reason to get support and talk to someone.
Groups for Twenty-Somethings
Your twenties aren’t a waiting room—they’re the foundation of your life. Inspired by the book, The Defining Decade, this group is for twenty-somethings who are ready to stop drifting and start designing a life with intention. Together, we’ll explore identity, relationships, work, and purpose—while building real tools for confidence, clarity, and momentum.
You don’t have to figure it all out alone.
Group for Parents of Teens
Parenting can be so hard and meaningful. You matter and you matter more than ever, even if they show you otherwise.
These are exciting and challenging times for you and your teens as they enter adulthood. You, too, are going through your own process of letting go, rediscovering yourself, and experiencing changing rhythms in your lives. Parenting is crucial and your well-being matters immensely too. Here you can build your own much needed support network.
Gain understanding of teen brain development, how to communicate differently with teens, how to support them differently as they prepare to enter early adulthood.

How Superbills Work
I am an “out of network” provider, meaning I do not contract with any insurance companies. I can provide you with a “superbill,” an insurance claim form, for possible reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company directly to find out how much your insurance reimburses.
Cancellation & No-Shows
Kindly cancel groups by email, text, or phone at least 48 hours before your appointment to avoid being charged the full session fee.
Good Faith Estimate of Services
As of January 1, 2022, the “No Surprises Act” gives you the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” of your mental health care costs. Under this law, health care providers need to give clients who either don’t have insurance, or are not using insurance, an estimate of the expected charges for consultations and comprehensive psychological services. We will discuss the fees with you, and you can ask us for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule your first session. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
