Groups for Teens 14-18 years old

You are not alone and don’t have to figure it out all alone. Come join to feel included, get heard, understood, and accepted. Learn how your brain is doing normal age-appropriate things like testing boundaries, taking risks, gaining independence while maintaining interdependence, and character development. See, that’s a lot, right?! I know you’re working really hard to figure it, juggling school, friendships, and changing relationships with your family.

Maybe you’re also going through things that are out of your control like death, parents divorcing, learning disabilities or other things you don’t talk about - all the more reason to get support and talk to someone.
