Individual & Couples Therapy

Old patterns, stress, and trauma aren't solved by willpower; they're rooted in the neuropsychology of your stress response.

Clients usually seek me out for help with:

Anxiety and Depression

Trauma and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)

Relationship Issues

Stress Management and Burnout

Self-Esteem and Self-Confidence

Difficult Life Stages and Transitions

Lasting change requires an integrated mind and body approach. Together, we will address strategies to address emotional regulation for lasting and embodied resilience, sustained regulation, and less reactive relationships. This approach is not just "talk"—it's a physiological reset that creates lasting change. It takes real courage to seek support. Whether you’re an adult, teen (14+), or seeking couples therapy — you'll find a safe space where the path to healing is custom-tailored to you. This is your dedicated time to explore feelings, gain clarity, and gently work toward positive change, no matter what challenges you're facing. You don't have to carry your burdens alone. Therapy is tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual. It offers a confidential and non-judgmental environment where you can gain self-awareness, support, meaningful relationships, growth and healing.

Listen to what your body knows.

How Superbills Work

I am an “out of network” provider, meaning I do not contract with any insurance companies. I can provide you with a “superbill,” an insurance claim form, for possible reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company directly to find out how much your insurance reimburses.

Cancellation & No-Shows

Kindly cancel appointments by email, text, or phone at least 48 hours before your appointment to avoid being charged  the full session fee.

Good Faith Estimate of Services

As of January 1, 2022, the “No Surprises Act” gives you the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” of your mental health care costs. Under this law, health care providers need to give clients who either don’t have insurance, or are not using insurance, an estimate of the expected charges for consultations and comprehensive psychological services. We will discuss the fees with you, and you can ask us for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule your first session. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises
